Children may stay for free at the youth hostel until and including the year they turn two years of age. This applies provided the child does not occupy a bed of its own. Travellers over the age of 15 are considered adults.

Group and conference bookings are not possible via the online booking system. Please contact the facility in question directly concerning any such inquiries. Child prices do not apply to group bookings.

Times & location: 
Check in at Kolarbyns reception at 2pm. You have access to your cabin from 2pm at arrival day until 12 noon at departure day.

SEK 1295 per person include wildernessdinner in a basket and breakfast (selfservice and outdoor) that you cook yourself over the fire. 

 

Discount: 
SEK 560 per person per night after the first night (only as an add-on to nights at regular price). No dinner but the breakfast are include

 

Included in price: 
Lodging, wildernessdinner in a basket, breakfast (selfservice and outdoor), access to canoe and rowing boat and a bag of wood. Access to the floating sauna (you light it your self).

 

Accommodation: 
Comfortable double bed in rustic forest log cabin. The bed is all set, sleeping bag is not neccesary. No electricity or running water

 

Information: 
We recommend you to bring weather resistant clothing and footwear for hiking, warm clothing for cold nights, camera, binoculars, torch, bathing suit, towel, water bottle, snacks.

Romantic Adventure in Log cabin

In a beautiful forest glade in Bergslagen awaits a genuine log cabin with a soft double bed. The cabin is small, but there is a lot of space for couple in love! Let the forest’s tranquility awake the natural love inside you.

In the cosy log cabin of Skogslyckan you will sleep comfortably in front of the fireplace and enjoy the freedom of being together. Around the corner, the blueberry forest awaits you, where you can walk and enjoy the peacefulness of the forest. Here there are many different lakes with stunning sunsets to choose between and during the day there are plenty of forest walks to explore. When you get hungry a dinner will be brought to you by the fire.

You chop your own wood, fetch water from the spring and wash yourself in the lake. You will sleep well in the cabin’s relaxing peacefulness and wake to the birdsong, breakfast and the never-ending forests to discover!
