Now we're accepting applications for the season 2012!
Now is your chance to work at one of Sweden's coolest hostels. In one or two weeks do you work in the outdoors in the fresh air and receives guests and visitors from around the world. During your stay with us, we guarantee a wonderful experience of nature, refreshing morning dip and late evenings by the fire.
As a volunteer you will be responsible primarily for receiving guests and arrange cabins, chop wood and make fire, but we also need help to empty the toilets, cook and do simple matters in the village. You can also assist at events with big groups.
During the internship, we offer accommodation in the charcoal-burner's hut with access to the gas stove to make it easy to cook.
When you work in Kolarbyn you are a role model for guests and visitors, therefore it is important that you have a great interest in the forest and are used to camping in the countryside. You should be socially outgoing, able to handle an ax and think that grimy hands is wonderful! You should be at least 20 years. Car and driver's license makes it easier for yourself but not required.
Volunteer period is 1-2 weeks and we can accommodate four volunteers at a time, please come in pairs.
