Born: December 1981 in Södertälje, but grew up in Strängnäs. Currently I live with my family in Hallstahammar just a few minutes from Kolarbyn.
The best thing about working in Kolarbyn: It's a dream job for me who loves to be in the woods! The second is that you meet so many wonderful and enormously exciting guests.
Former or other work: I am a former ranger officer in Arvidsjaur and has also worked as store manager in the food business for 5 years.
Other interests: Orienteering, cross country skiing and outdoor activities are some interests that are high up on the list. You can also add golf, skating and traveling.
Favorite Season: Late winter with much snow and lots of sun. One of those days when it almost becomes so hot that you can take of the T-shirt.
Favourite food: I'm a big eater and my wife use to say that there is no point to ask Andreas if it tastes good, he thinks everything is good. The favorite is probably still food cooked over an open fire.
Favorite place in Sweden: The cape at our fireplace at the lake Skärsjön, a day of sunset and a mirror-Cut Lake is unbeatable!
Favorite Destination: Since I am very fond of mountains all countries that have mountain will be potential favorite.

Born: November 1977 in Irsta outside Västerås. Now I live with Jenny and our little daughter Idun in Karmansbo outside Skinnskatteberg.
The best thing about working with Kolarbyn: All wildlife meetings! And it's one of those incredibly positive flow with all the happy guests who come here.
Former or other work: Have never really had any real work. I studied computer in Örebro, England and Holland, and took master's degree in systems science, before I realized that I wanted to be in the forest.
Other interests: Discover exotic places both at home and in other parts of the world. Has traveled in over 50 countries, including the bike through Laos, China, Peru and Germany.
Favorite Season: Late summer when you can have boots and jacket in the evenings by the campfire.
Favourite food: freshly picked chanterelle mushrooms, grilled haloumicheese and dark chocolate.
Favorite place in Sweden: Glassy lakes in deep forests where the wolves howl and owls that sings.
Favorite Destination: Warm countries with good fruit juices and comfy hammocks, such as Laos, Guatemala, Borneo or India.
