Find your way

Air
An airport bus to the city centre meets each incoming flight. The nearest bus stop to the hostel is Magasingatan. Walk back the way the bus came and turn right onto Skolgatan. STF’s Umeå hostel is on the left-hand side, one block down.

Car
STF’s Umeå hostel is right on the E4, on the junction with Skolgatan. If you’re coming from the south, turn right at the third set of traffic lights after the river. If you’re coming from the north, turn left at the second set of traffic lights after the viaduct over the E12.

Train and bus
Umeå’s railway and bus station are almost adjacent to each other on Järnvägsallén. The easiest route to the hostel is to go straight down Rådhusesplanaden towards the town hall (Rådhuset) and then turn left onto Skolgatan. Follow Skolgatan for four blocks and you’ll see the hostel on the left.
