STF Youth Hostel af Chapman/Skeppsholmen is located in Stockholm's city centre on the island Skeppsholmen. The af Chapman sailing ship has recently been renovated from keel to mast, and is one of citys most famous landmarks overlooking the Gamla Stan (the Old Town) and the Royal Palace. The Youth Hostel's reception is located in a beautiful yellow 19th century building next to the boat. It is open 24 hours and also houses further accomodation. Our hostel is a meeting place for people from near and far, including global travellers, interrailers and families with children. Many of our guests return to enjoy the pleasant environment and to take advantage of the superb location again.

Accommodation
The hostel is open all year. Please note the beds are allocated in two locations - the boat hostel and the hostel building adjacent to the boat. Total capacity for both hostels is 280 guests

Dining
Our ecological breakfast buffet is very popular. Bar Chapman serves food, beer, wine and coffees and is open daily.

Facilities
The reception at Skeppsholmen is open 24 hours. 

Online booking service via IBN for approx. 400 youth hostels worldwide is available. Limited no of parking spaces, reserved for hostel guests only, are available towards a parking fee.
