STF Hotel & Hostel Långaryd/Charlottenlund

Charlottenlund is situated amidst beautiful nature on the border between Småland and southern Halland. Here you can eat well and sleep soundly – and also indulge in some fishing. We have some very nice salmon fishing waters and we will be glad to help you to learn the basics of fly fishing.

There is also much more to do here. We rent out bicycles, we rent canoes and the woods are rife with mushrooms and berries for picking. Why not challenge friends or family in archery, air rifle or clay pigeon shooting after a day outdoors? 

If you like golf, there are several local golf courses, including the well-known courses in Halmstad and Barsebäck. You can practice your sand trap shots in our sand trap. After a round of golf, you might want to refresh yourself with a dip in the water at one of the nearby bathing spots. You can also swim in the sea if you like; Tylösand beach is only half an hour away by car. 

Meals are served in our restaurant, which has a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a professional standard. We focus on culinary experiences based on fine ingredients. We always use products which are available locally when they are in season, often obtained from the local farmers and regional merchants. 

If you would like to arrange a conference with us, we will be happy to serve your guests with good food, good conference equipment, activities and an environment which will stimulate the flow of good ideas.

    This symbol shows that the hostel conforms to recommendations from the De Handikappades Riksorganisation (DHR): the entrance is level, or there is a ramp with maximum gradient 5 cm/m. The front door of the hostel and doors into the guest rooms and toilets are wider than 80 cm. There is at least 80 cm free space at the side of the lavatory and 130 cm in front. The shower is suitable for use by persons with disabilities. There is wheelchair access to kitchens and common rooms. At least two rooms are suitable for use by persons with disabilities.
