The hostel Tollarp is situated on the slopes of Linderödåsen, in an ancient cultural building. The glittering Vramsån river, which is home to the rare freshwater pearl mussel, flows past the hostel’s garden.

From the old Klockaregårde (bell ringer’s house) on the banks facing the river, the hostel’s charming café serves delicious waffles with jam and whipped cream, as well as Åhus ice cream and homemade bread.

Tollarp is not far from vast beech forests that are perfect for gentle walks or more demanding cross-country running, while the network of small roads offer plenty of biking opportunities. In the 1880’s the railroad came to Tollarp and after a few decades the small farm village became the centre of the district. The old banks of the railroad tracks are now used as a bicycle path.

Accessibility for persons with disabilities

This symbol shows that the hostel conforms to recommendations from the De Handikappades Riksorganisation (DHR): the entrance is level, or there is a ramp with maximum gradient 5 cm/m. The front door of the hostel and doors into the guest rooms and toilets are wider than 80 cm. There is at least 80 cm free space at the side of the lavatory and 130 cm in front. The shower is suitable for use by persons with disabilities. There is wheelchair access to kitchens and common rooms. At least two rooms are suitable for use by persons with disabilities.
