Kogg Museum
The Kogg Museum is one of Malmö’s international sightseeing spots. This is where you get to see two full-scale copies of medieval “koggs”, the most common cargo ships of the time. Experience the 13th century! Feel the scent of tar and get your imagination going….
The two ships are situated by the quay right behind the Central Station and the larger one measures no less than 29 metres. Embark and feel the history around you. The medieval quay environment where artesans and merchants are part of the surroundings make the visit even more memorable.
Would you like to join a voyage at Twekamp af Elbogen? During the summer, a couple of cruises are on offer. This does however require a little bit of planning – tickets need to be purchased prior to the actual trip. Please proceed to the homepage of the museum to find out more,
