STF Hostel Söderköping/Mangelgården

Söderköping is a charming medieval town with cobblestone streets, quaint squares and an impressive history.

The town has had great significance as a spa destination and coastal city, and is a place where kings have been crowned and important national assemblies held.

The hostel lies centrally in Söderköping, a couple of hundred metres from the traditional health resort hotel. It was built as a residence in the 18th-century, but was later relocated to the local open-air museum and modernised.

The centre can be reached from the hostel in just a few minutes, along pedestrian cobblestone streets or by the charming Göta Canal. The harbour offers life and movement, and the open-air cafés are the perfect meeting places for locals and tourists.
