STF Hostel Medevi Brunn

Medevi Brunn is the oldest Nordic health spring, where nobles met to partake in its waters, walk, court each other and converse.

Many people came here to be cured from all sorts of diseases, and 330 years of history began with an analysis of the water in Medevi.

At Medevi guests stay in a peaceful and comfortable historic spa environment only a couple of kilometres from a beautiful sandy beach. Most of the rooms have four beds, and showers and toilets are along the corridor. Guests have access to a newly renovated shared kitchen.

At Medevi, theatre has been enjoyed for 200 years and the Medevi Brunnsteater has taken up the old tradition by performing acclaimed classic comedy plays. Each night during summer the Grötlunken (a group which includes guests from Medevi Brunn) take a stroll with the Brunn’s orchestra in the lead, a tradition that has existed since the 1870s.
