STF Hostel Lunnevad/Mantorp

Lunnevad lies on the plains of Östgötaslätten between Mjölby and Linköping, and shows the historical landscape of Östergötland at its best. The beautiful green surroundings encourage you to explore and discover your own favourite spots in the area.

The hostel is owned and run by the Lunnevad folkhögskola (folk high school) and was initially built as staff-quarters. The hostel is close to the woods and water and there a wonderful views from all the rooms. The river Lillån runs through the school, creating a special atmosphere and character.

Lunnevad lies on ancient Viking land close to woods and lovely hiking trails. The Mantorp trotting course and motor circuit are close by. For those interested in real horsepower, there is a chance to go riding on Icelandic horses.
