STF Hostel Bengtsfors

In the heart of the picturesque and lake-rich province of Dalsland is the town of Bengtsfors. With the Dalsland Canal as the obvious thoroughfare, the area is an Eldorado for canoeists and fishing enthusiasts.

There is a view extending for miles surrounding the hostel and its traditional buildings. The hostel, which is a part of the Gammelgårdens local folklore museum, is situated at Majberget, the largest outdoor museum in Dalsland. The facility consists of a score of old houses which have been moved to Majberget.  Here you will stay at the Manor House, the Old Tenement, the Pole Shed or the Lodging House - in a double room or multi-bed room with access to a kitchen for self-catering.
